The changes to the bill S 3564 include the removal of the specific establishment details of the "Boots to Business Program," which detailed when the program would begin and the duration for which it would be carried out. Additionally, the definitions and collaborative resources available for the program with the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs have been removed. This means that while the program itself may still be intended to provide entrepreneurship training for covered individuals, the specifics regarding its implementation and reporting have been revised or omitted.
