The amendment to the bill removes the short title and findings sections, which included information about the need for qualified cybersecurity personnel and the federal government's workforce shortage. This change means there will be less emphasis on the context and rationale behind the legislation in the text itself. Instead, the focus shifts directly to establishing the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Apprenticeship Program without the preliminary findings.
