The amendment removes the title and specific provisions that outlined the contents of a report by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on unfair or deceptive acts or practices targeting Indian Tribes. This means that the bill no longer includes explicit instructions for the FTC to report on consultations with Indian Tribes and the types of deceptive practices identified. The effect of this change is that the bill's focus is shifted away from detailed reporting requirements to presumably a broader or different approach to addressing the issue.
