Plain-language change summary

The amendment to the bill designates specific segments of the future Interstate portions of the Port-to-Plains Corridor as Interstate Route I-27, along with its east and west segments as I-27E and I-27W, respectively, and introduces a new designation as Interstate Route I-127N. Additionally, it removes the designation of United States Route 287 from the relevant statute. This change clarifies the naming and numbering of these routes, which may affect navigation and infrastructure planning in Texas and New Mexico.
