In the latest version of Senate Bill 251, a few minor adjustments were made, mainly clarifying the responsibilities and authority granted to investigators. The changes ensure that the name of the individual is clearly displayed on their uniform and emphasize that investigators have the same towing authority as law enforcement officers. These updates are important because they enhance accountability and transparency in law enforcement roles, helping to build public trust in the process.
