Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House March 30, 2023 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR A TRANSPORTATION STUDY IN THE TOWN OF BUTNER.
There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management the sum of seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023-2024 fiscal year to provide a directed grant to the Town of Butner to study transportation improvements, regional stormwater devices, development and redevelopment opportunities, and related land development ordinance text amendments related to property and infrastructure in the vicinity of Exit 189 and Central Ave./Gate 2 Rd.
