In the latest version of Senate Bill 458, some language was clarified regarding the protections for certain individuals. Specifically, the section about penalties for violations of covered crimes was slightly edited for clarity, but the core message remains the same. This change matters because clearer language can help reduce confusion about legal protections, ensuring that individuals know their rights and the potential consequences for violations.
