There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child Development and Early Education (Division), the sum of three hundred million dollars ($300,000,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2023-2024 fiscal year to extend the compensation grants portion of the child care stabilization grants, as authorized underSection 3.2(a)ofS.L.2021-25,forchildcare centers.
