Plain-language change summary

The updated version of HB 538 has minor changes, primarily in the formatting and phrasing. The references to the bill's title and the clerical details were removed, but the content discussing the needs in Rutherford and Polk counties and the emphasis on training for nurses remains the same. This matters because it keeps the focus on addressing local workforce shortages in healthcare, which is crucial for community health and services.
