Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Senate Bill 587, lines of text have been added and removed to clarify the relationship between the right to live and the right to work. The bill now emphasizes that the "right to work" must be preserved, ensuring that union membership cannot be made mandatory for employment. This change is important because it reinforces individual employment rights and makes it clear that workers cannot be forced to join a union to keep their jobs.
