Election Law and Campaign Finance Reform, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House February 13, 2023 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CLARIFY LANGUAGE UNDER THE ELECTION LAWS REGARDING VOTING DATA MAINTAINED BY PRECINCT.
In reporting returns, thecountythecountyboardshall boardshallreport,byprecinctforeach report,byprecinctforeachitemitem onontheballot,thenumberofvoters theballot,thenumberofvoters who did not select a choice for that item on the ballot and the number of voters who selected more choices than available for that item on the ballot."
