In the latest revision of Senate Bill 341, certain technical terms were clarified and some language was streamlined for consistency. For example, the definition of "principally garaged" was better aligned with an existing state law. These changes matter because clear definitions help ensure that everyone understands the rules around vehicle regulations, making it easier for people to comply and for authorities to enforce them.
