Plain-language change summary

The revised version of House Bill 152 has updated the language to clarify the process for town officers and constables to be elected. Specifically, it maintains the requirement for commissioners to qualify before a justice of the peace within twenty days and ensures regular municipal elections are held every four years. These changes are important because they help streamline the election process and make it easier for residents to engage with their local government.
