Plain-language change summary

The updated version of House Bill 79 adds specific details about tracking the digital learning resources available to students, such as their home connectivity and the types of devices they have. This change means that schools must provide more comprehensive information about technology accessibility and helps ensure that students with limited internet access or devices are identified and supported. This is important for closing the gap in digital learning opportunities among students, especially in under-resourced areas.
