Appropriations/Base Budget May 27, 2022 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CREATE A HOMEBUYERS' ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FOR FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS WHO WORK AS PUBLIC SERVANTS.
