There is appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2022-2023 fiscal year to hire a transit grant consultant to identifyidentifyopportunities opportunities to capture federal mass transit funding based on existing proposed mass transit corridors.
