Local Government, if favorable, Appropriations, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House May 27, 2022 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO DEVELOP EVACUATION ROUTES AND PLANS FOR COMMUNITIES AND ROADS SURROUNDING FIXED NUCLEAR FACILITIES AND WITHIN PLUME EXPOSURE PATHWAY EMERGENCY PLANNING ZONES AND TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
– Each county in the State which has an incorporated municipality or unincorporated community located within 5miles of a fixed nuclear facility or has a Plume Exposure Pathway Emergency Planning Zone within its boundaries shall develop and maintain an evacuation route and plan for the surrounding areas.
