The recent changes to House Bill 4 involve updating the language in the bill's introductory section, including clarifying the date and formatting consistency. Though the core content remains the same—allowing ABC permittees to notify the commission about fee payments to avoid expiration—these adjustments help ensure that the bill is more organized and user-friendly.
