Wildlife Resources, if favorable, Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House March 31, 2021 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO DIRECT THE WILDLIFE RESOURCES COMMISSION TO ISSUE TWO ELK CONSERVATION LICENSES BY AUCTION AND RAFFLE.
Notwithstanding Article 3 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes or any other provision of law, the Commission may contract with anonprofit wildlifeconservationorganization to conduct theauction.
