Plain-language change summary

In the update to House Bill 608, some language was clarified regarding the treatment of incarcerated individuals, specifically focusing on conditions related to postpartum recovery. The amendment emphasizes that certain nutrition and facility requirements won't apply when an incarcerated person is in a state of undress. These changes matter because they aim to ensure fair treatment and appropriate health standards for those in correctional facilities, particularly new mothers recovering after childbirth.
