Plain-language change summary

In the most recent version of SB 412, a specific phrase mentioning "$15.00 per hour" was added, clarifying the minimum wage requirement outlined in the bill. However, this phrase was not new to the bill, as it appears to have been removed in an earlier draft but is now reinstated. This change is important because it helps ensure that everyone understands the bill's requirement for the hourly wage, which can affect workers' rights and compensation.
