Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Senate Bill 707, the language has been adjusted to clarify that if land use regulations are adopted, changed, or repealed, affected properties within five miles of an airport must be notified. The changes ensure that the notification process is explicit, which matters because it helps ensure that community members are informed about developments that could impact their neighborhoods, particularly in relation to nearby airports.
