Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Senate Resolution 732 includes minor changes primarily focused on formatting and clarification of its introduction. Specifically, the reference to the bill being filed was removed, and the section outlining the vacancy in the Department of Environmental Secretary was restructured. These adjustments do not change the content or intent of the resolution but help streamline its presentation. This matters as it improves clarity and ensures that the document meets legislative standards for formatting while keeping the focus on the resolution's purpose.
