What changed in the latest version
10 added · 11 removedPlain-language change summary
The latest version of Senate Bill 174 has made some minor changes in wording, specifically in lines that refer to contracts between claims processors and healthcare providers. While the main ideas remain the same, the adjustments clarify the language surrounding how claims payment data can be handled and shared with third parties. This is important because clearer language can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure that sensitive health data is properly managed.
