Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Senate Bill 375 clarifies the required supervision for individuals certified by the Board, specifying that after two years of practice, they need one hour of supervision for every 80 hours worked. Previously, this language was less clear and included extraneous details. This change matters because it provides clearer guidelines for certification requirements, ensuring that practitioners have adequate oversight during their early years of experience. Clearer regulations can enhance the quality of services provided and ensure better compliance with professional standards.
