Plain-language change summary

The latest version of House Bill 752 adds a specific substance, Isopropyl-U-47700, to the list of controlled substances, while also clarifying the definition of what constitutes an “isomer.” This is important because it helps regulate new and potentially dangerous drugs that can be abused, ensuring better safety measures for public health. By explicitly naming these substances, the bill aims to close loopholes that could allow these drugs to remain accessible despite their high potential for abuse.
