Summary

Amends the Veterans and Servicemembers Court Treatment Act. Changes the title of the Act to the Veterans, Servicemembers, and Families Court Treatment Act. Provides that a defendant shall be evaluated for eligibility to be admitted into a Veterans, Servicemembers, and Families Court Treatment program by a Court Assessment Service if the defendant is a family member of a veteran or servicemember.
