The bill SB 356 has been clarified by changing the definition of "licensing board." Specifically, the term "or commission" has been removed, which makes it clear that the legislation focuses solely on licensing boards. This change matters because it simplifies the language and ensures that the bill pertains directly to licensing boards, potentially streamlining the regulatory process for various professions listed in the bill.
