Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 57 adds several advisory councils and committees back into the legislation that were previously removed. Specifically, it reinstates the Interstate Rail Passenger Advisory Council, the Weather Modification Board, among others, while eliminating references to some previously mentioned committees, including a Public Television Broadcasting Advisory Council. These changes are significant because reinstating these councils allows for continued oversight and support for various public initiatives, such as rail travel and health initiatives, which could impact community services and economic development.
