Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill HB 37 has made significant changes regarding regulations for using wireless communication devices while driving. It removes previous provisions that specifically banned text-based communications, while still including a broader prohibition on using "interactive wireless communications devices." This change is important because it refines the law’s focus, potentially allowing for clearer enforcement in preventing distracted driving without solely limiting it to texting.
