The amendment to HB 763 clarifies regulations concerning liquor licenses for hotels, restaurants, and clubs in Pennsylvania. It specifies that these establishments can sell both liquor and malt or brewed beverages for consumption on-site and allows them to sell malt or brewed beverages for takeout in limited quantities. This change is significant because it aims to provide more flexibility for businesses in the alcohol industry, potentially boosting sales and enhancing customer experience.
