Plain-language change summary

The latest version of SB 25 has made a couple of key changes. It includes a more specific phrasing around what the board of nursing can approve for advanced practice registered nurses, clarifying that this can involve different areas of practice. This distinction matters because it allows greater flexibility for nurse practitioners to perform necessary medical actions, which could improve access to healthcare for patients.
