Plain-language change summary

The bill has clarified the conditions of an easement agreement for a recreational trail by specifying that it can only be used for establishing and maintaining a hiking trail and associated parking. Additionally, the term "Restrictive Covenants" has been replaced with "provision" to simplify the language. This matters because it ensures that the land is used solely for public recreation, and if it’s not, the easement will end, which helps protect public access to this space.
