Plain-language change summary

The updated version of HB 1348 clarifies the definition of "agritourism activity" by specifically stating that these activities must take place on a farm where crops or farm animals are raised. It also explicitly states that agritourism does not include overnight stays, weddings, concerts, or food services. This change is significant because it helps to ensure that the focus remains on educational and experiential activities related to farming, making it clearer what types of activities can benefit from agritourism regulations and support.
