Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill HB 792 introduces clearer rules for parking near protected pedestrian plazas and bike lanes in Pennsylvania. Specifically, it defines how vehicles should be parked in relation to these areas, ensuring they align with the direction of traffic and stay close to the buffer zone. This change is important because it aims to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists by reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring a smoother flow of traffic.
