Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Bill HB 770 clarify the definitions and roles of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician trainees. The amendment explicitly states that pharmacy technicians cannot include individuals doing clerical work without direct interaction with medications. This distinction is important because it ensures that only trained professionals handle prescriptions, which can enhance patient safety and care in pharmacies.
