Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill HB 1324 includes changes to clarify certain definitions related to military educational programs. Notably, it specifies that the in-state tuition rate will now also include a technology tuition fee, which is important for ensuring that service members and their families are aware of the full tuition costs they'll face. Additionally, there was a minor update to the language reflecting the program's name to "military family education program." These changes aim to provide better support and clarity for families in the military seeking educational opportunities.
