What changed in the latest version

In the latest version of Senate Bill 628, certain lines of text were added and removed, which appear to clarify the bill's provisions about day laborers and the calculation of their pay. Specifically, it seems that references to "actual market value" and "reusable equipment" were adjusted, possibly to better define how compensation should be handled. These changes matter because they could help ensure that day laborers are compensated fairly and transparently for their work and any materials they use.
