The amendment to Senate Bill 233 removes some original wording and clarifies the language to specify that the bill pertains to Harnett County Schools, Johnston County Schools, and Lee County Schools. This change makes the bill's focus clearer, ensuring that everyone understands which school districts are affected. It matters because it helps avoid confusion and ensures that the schools directly involved are accurately represented in the legislation.
