Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of House Bill 75, the specific line about "school providers" has been slightly rephrased for clarity, but the main ideas remain the same. The bill still focuses on allowing schools to partner with mental health services and sets up guidelines for confidentiality and screening processes. This is important because it aims to enhance mental health support for students by establishing clear policies and protections for those involved in screenings. Overall, these changes help ensure that both students and staff have better resources and protections when it comes to mental health concerns.
