Rules and Operations of the Senate March 7, 2019 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT REMOVING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF BOLTON.
2005-141 AND REMOVING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF BOLTON.
2005-141 reads as rewritten:
2005-141 is repealed, and the property added to the corporate limits of the Town of Bolton in that Section is removed from the Town's corporate limits.
"SECTION 2.
SECTION 2.
The corporate limits of the Town of Bolton are extended to include the following described territory:
This act has no effect upon the validity of any liens of the Town of Bolton for ad valorem taxes or special assessments outstanding before the effective date of this act.

Except as otherwise provided, the remainder of this act is effective when it becomes law.
This act becomes effective June 30, 2019.
