Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Bill SB 151 introduced some new language at the start of the document, specifically adding a reference to the General Assembly of North Carolina and the session details. This change helps clarify the context and authority of the bill. Meanwhile, the earlier draft's registration details were removed, likely to streamline the document and focus more on the content of the legislation itself. These revisions matter because they enhance the bill's clarity and presentation, making it easier to understand its purpose and proceedings in the legislative process.
