In the latest version of Senate Bill 595, some specific language has been added about the rights of beneficiaries in certain transactions, while a few redundant terms and lines have been removed. These changes clarify how claims against creditors are managed and emphasize the intent behind legal documents. This matters because clearer legal language helps prevent disputes and ensures that beneficiaries' rights are better protected.
