Plain-language change summary

The amendment to SB 508 replaces the term "RATIFIED BILL" with "SESSION LAW 2019-147" and updates the approval information to reflect the correct date and time of approval for the bill. This change is important because it formally recognizes the bill's status as a law, clarifying its finalization and making it official. The new formatting also reflects the legislative processes that determine how bills are recorded and communicated to the public.
