Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Senate Bill 844 includes a removal of some administrative language from previous drafts and adds a clear reference to the General Assembly of North Carolina and the specific session in which this bill is being discussed. These changes help clarify the document's context and make it easier for legislators and the public to understand which version of the bill is currently under consideration.
