What changed in the latest version
20 added · 21 removedPlain-language change summary
The changes to Senate Bill 573 involve some lines that were added and some that were removed, primarily clarifying the definitions and roles of licensed naturopathic doctors. Specifically, the language was updated to ensure better understanding of what qualifications a naturopathic doctor must have to practice in North Carolina. This matters because it helps create clear guidelines on professional standards, which can lead to improved healthcare for patients seeking services from these practitioners. Ensuring proper regulations may enhance patient safety and trust in naturopathic treatments.
