Plain-language change summary

In the updated version of HB 40, the language has been simplified by removing references to "specific legislative recommendations" in the report requirements. This change means that the report will focus purely on the evaluation of graduation rates, teen crime statistics, and attendance law violations without needing to suggest legislative changes. This matters because it streamlines the reporting process, allowing for a clearer understanding of the program's effectiveness without the additional complexity of proposals for new laws.
