Transportation, if favorable, Finance March 22, 2017 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CLARIFY THE APPLICATION OF THE HIGHWAY USE TAX TO OUT-OF-STATE VEHICLES TITLED IN THIS STATE AND TO IMPROVE THE VEHICLE TITLING PROCESS BY ELIMINATING DUPLICATIVE REQUIREMENTS.
