Plain-language change summary

The bill has changed from proposing the addition of Jacob Fork State Natural Area to the State Parks System to now focusing on Bakers Mountain in Catawba County. This shift is important because it redirects state resources and attention to Bakers Mountain, which may offer new recreational opportunities and enhance conservation efforts in that area. Additionally, the new version streamlines the process by removing unnecessary provisions related to Jacob Fork, making it simpler to implement the changes for Bakers Mountain.
