In the latest version of House Bill 936 (HB 936), some language has been slightly altered, specifically regarding the rental of housing units owned by the Board. The amendment clarifies that the rental of these units must be restricted to specific entities or individuals. This change matters because it ensures that the housing is allocated in a way that meets the intended goals of the Board, potentially improving access to these units for those who need them most.
